Many people are dissatisfied with themselves, tending to believe that if they looked like others, or they were their idols, their lives would be so much better and enjoyable. But we can never live someone else’s life because we are all unique beings who have to make our own journey in the world. We can admire others, for whatever reasons, but the best person to be is ourselves.

As a former First Lady of America, Eleanor Roosevelt, once said, “No one can make you feel inferior without your permission.” It is always useful to bear that in mind.
