The creator of groundbreaking books like The New Theory of Confidence©, and Managing the Diversity Maze (the first European publication of its kind), she is particularly passionate about self-efficacy (Confidence), self-value and fulfilling relationships, and their power to affect mental wellbeing, through promoting a strong sense of competence, belonging and inclusion. Her preferred areas of diversity and equity expertise relate to Race, Gender and Ageing, to match her own personal and lived experience.
